The perfect backdrop for powerful physical reset, your five day Pilates Retreat blends luxurious surroundings with a programme that will help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance in your core, as well as improving mobility and posture – all while enjoying the kind of slow, spacious living that France does best.

You’ll begin each day with Pilates surrounded by open countryside, and close it with restorative evening sessions as the sun melts into the horizon. In between, indulge in chef-prepared seasonal meals, dip into the heated pool, enjoy some of the property’s outstanding facilities and magnificent living areas, or simply unwind with a book on the terrace – all within a setting that feels truly a world away.
Our retreat blends (mindful) movement, exceptional hospitality, and the understated luxury of rural France; an opportunity to rest, relax, unwind, and most importantly, come home with a lasting sense of physical and mental renewal.

YOUR PILATES CLASSES
Meet Stacey Beattie, your expert Pilates instructor for the week.
Stacey is our longest-serving Pilates instructor and a STOTT-accredited Pilates teacher trainer. Stacey is also one of the UK’s most in-demand sports and holistic therapists.
Morning classes energise and ignite your core, improving alignment, posture and mobility. Evening sessions slow the pace, releasing tension and creating a deep sense of balance within the body. The effect is profound: you move differently, you feel different, and you reconnect with a version of yourself you may have forgotten.
All classes are suitable for all levels.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, you will feel supported, inspired, and part of a welcoming community.

DAILY SCHEDULE & MEALS
08:00AM — Morning Pilates
An energising, dynamic class to awaken your body and set the tone for the day.
09:00AM — Breakfast
Fresh, seasonal and prepared by our chef team
Daytime — Free Time
Swim, rest, relax, read, explore nearby villages, or enjoy the estate’s pool, tennis court, gardens and woodland walks.
13:30PM — Lunch
A light, nourishing meal crafted from local ingredients, often enjoyed outdoors on the terrace
(except on excursion day)
17:00PM — Evening Pilates
A slower, more restorative session — stretching, releasing tension, and preparing the body for deep rest.
(+ 3 additional Yin Yoga / Barre / Sound Bath sessions during the week)
19:30 — Dinner
An elegant, relaxed meal enjoyed together in true French style.

EXCURSIONS
Your retreat will include an excursion day into the heart of French culture, offering a glimpse into the charm and richness of the region.
The morning begins in the medieval city of Cahors, with its gothic architecture, cobbled streets, artisan shops and riverside views. Here you will have time to wander at your leisure, exploring boutiques and cafes and enjoy lunch wherever the mood takes you.
In the afternoon, we continue into the countryside for a private visit to a local Chateau winery. A guided estate tour and private tasting will introduce you to the distinctive character of local Cahors wine that defines this region of France.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
If you are travelling from the UK, we recommend British Airways BA366 at 07:35AM from London Heathrow on Saturday 19th September, arriving into Toulouse at 10:20AM.
A shared transfer will be provided from Toulouse Airport to the retreat. Journey time is approximately 70 minutes.
For the return, we recommend BA 367 at 11:30AM from Toulouse on Thursday 24th September, arriving into London Heathrow at 12:35PM
A shared transfer will be provided to Toulouse airport from the retreat.
If you are departing later than the recommended flight, please let us know.
